Ms. Mariam Mohammed

Class of 2010

Ms. Mohammed has two established businesses in Australia. In 2017, she became the youngest President of SUPRA (Sydney University Postgraduate Representative Association), leading the organisation to deliver a 600% increase in its community engagement. In 2018, she won the first-ever Australian Dell Policy Hack for a proposal tackling women entrepreneurs' access to capital in Australia. By 2019, she had co-founded MoneyGirl to empower and inspire women to become financially independent.
The Australian Financial Review recognised her work in the 100 Women of Influence 2019 list. She was also recognised by the Foundation for Young Australians as a Young Social Pioneer 2019. Currently, along with financially empowering women, she helps change-makers & advocates establish themselves as THE go-to person in their field so they can leverage their influence to create BIG change!
As a result of this work, she was recently recognized as 40 under 40 Most Influential Asian Australians.

Ms. Huma Ikramullah

Class of 1992

Ms. Ikramullah, the current Vice President of Happy Home School Alumni Organization, holds LLB and LLM degrees from the University of Karachi and is currently working as Legal Advisor and Senior Manager Quality Management System in Nabiqasim Industries Pvt Ltd. She is also the Secretary General of Religions for Peace Pakistan and Executive Member of ACRP (Asian Conference on Religions and Peace), where she works on Gender issues, sustainable development and creation of a just and harmonious society. Ms. Ikramullah is also working with Legal Plus Aid Society for empowerment of women and children rights including transgender. For the Sindh Judicial Academy, she drafted the proposal on Gender Justice and managed to obtain a fund of Rs. 25,000,000 from USAID. She has a vast experience of working with International donors like USAID, ADB, US Embassy, ILO and IUCN, of working as an expert and curriculum development expert for the Sindh Judicial Academy, the education wing of the High Court of Sindh and is also a Founding Group Member of PAK-US Alumni, a network founded by the US Embassy of selected and distinguished persons. She is a recipient of Star Girl Award and Girl Child Award and has also received numerous awards for public speaking and oratory. She has also the authored the book “Citizens Guide and Obligations in Environmental Law”, published by WWF.

Mr. Moiz ul Hassan Khan

Class of 2006

Mr. Hassan completed his graduation from one of the IVY league universities, University of Pennsylvania, the Wharton Business School, where he majored in finance. He is based in New York and is currently working in Public Equity investment firm. This year he was chosen by Forbes to be on the 30 under 30 list of 2020 for his contribution in the world of finance.

Mr. Muhammad Akber Mirza

Class of 2008

Mr. Mirza is currently working as the Manager Operations at MBE Inc., Canada, which is one of the largest electronic transaction processing services provider, processing over one billion transactions per year and servicing more than hundreds of thousands merchant locations through their electronic information network.

Mr. Syed Amir Ali

Class of 2010

Mr. Ali is an entrepreneur and the founder of 3 business namely: Qinstructor, Parhao.pk and Oarce, Oarce is an organization established in 2016 that works for the execution of innovation and to preserve and protect the strength of businesses. Parhao.pk is a subsidiary of Oarce, and is the #1 source of bridging education with an entirely effective act of changing the infrastructure of how literacy is supplied across the nation. Qinstructor is a division of Parhao.pk and is the most experienced and trusted Online Quran Institute for those who desire to learn and pursue Islam and Quran Learning by way of distance courses.

Mr. Ammad Ur Rahman

Class of 2002

Mr. Rahman is a result-oriented Business Developer/Immigration Assistant with over 7 years of experience of assisting individuals applying to immigrate, become a citizens and acquire resident visas in the United Kingdom. He is a qualified MBA in Financial Management from University of Wales, United Kingdom and has completed ACCA Fundamental Level and AAT NVQ Level 3.

Mr. Khalid Raza

Class of 1980
Founder/CEO Graphiant

Mr. Raza is the founder and CEO of Graphiant. Prior to Graphiant, Khalid was the Co-founder and CTO of Viptela, acquired by Cisco for 610 million dollars. Prior to Viptela he worked at Cisco for 17 years. Khalid is widely regarded as a visionary in routing protocols and large-scale network architectures. In a career spanning over 25 years, he has played an instrumental role in architecting networks for Global Tier-1 carriers, Fortune 100 companies, and the healthcare industry. He has been awarded the pinnacle of Cisco certifications: Cisco Certified Architect (CCAr) and Cisco Certified Design Expert (CCDE). While working at Hewlett-Packard, he was honored as Distinguished Technologist, and he created the vision for the company’s Next-Generation Datacenter and Wide Area Network architectures. Raza holds multiple patents in routing and security protocol and is the author of a book titled “Large-Scale IP Network Solutions”.

Mr. Zohaib Ali Khan

Class of 2001

Mr. Khan is an MBA graduate from Institute of Business Administration (IBA) and also holds the following esteemed financial certifications: CFA, FRM, ACMA and CGMA Currently, he is residing in Hong Kong and working as the Head of Business Planning, South and South East Asia at Philip Morris, a firm with which he has been associated with since 2010.

Mr. Hasaan Anwar Mohiuddin

Class of 2004

Mr. Mohiuddin completed his MSc. Degree in Computer Science from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) in 2016 and is currently working at IBA as the Manager- Center for Business and Economics Research.
