HHS students qualified for International Scrabble WESPA Youth Cup 2019, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Shane Abbas, Class VIII, and Hamza Naeem, Class IX, HHS Gulshan Campus and Anas Farhan, Class VII, HHS O Level Campus have qualified to represent Pakistan in International Scrabble WESPA Youth Cup (WYC)  which will be played from 29th November – 1st December 2019 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Universal Trophy Qualifying Tournament for WESPA Youth Cup Malaysia was held on 19-20 October, 2019 at Generation’s School. It was organized by Pakistan Scrabble Association. Shane Abbas won the second position and also won the return ticket to Malaysia. Anas Farhan, came 3rd and made it to the team Pakistan. Hamza Naeem was selected from the International Category.

In the WESPA tournament atotal of 150+ participants from twenty countries of under 18 youth players will take part in the event. 20 youth players from Pakistan have been selected for WYC. The Pakistani Team will leave for Malaysia on 27th November 2019.
