Meeting Time: 6.45 am Return by 8.30 am

Meeting Venue: Happy Home High School, Gulshan Campus

Route Brief: We will go towards Allama Shabbir Usmani Rd. Take a U turn and then head to Rashid Minhas Rd where we shall go from under the bridge and take the right turn towards Crescent Academy. We shall cross the road very carefully with the help of 3 helpers and the traffic police who will stop the traffic for us to cross. We shall then proceed towards Maskan, take the U turn and then return to Happy Home School following the same route except that we shall cross Rashid Minhas from under the NIPA Bridge.

SATURDAY 2^ND JANUARY 2021

Meeting Time: 6.45 am Return by 8.30 am

Meeting Venue: Opposite Salt ’n Pepper Restaurant

Route Brief: We will go towards Do Darya and return through a short detour which will connect with the sea where we shall take a group photograph and then return to the Salt ‘n Pepper Restaurant via the main route.

Breaks: There will be a total of 4 breaks of 5-10mins each throughout the ride.

Backup & Security: A technician, a spare cycle Suzuki, and a backup Sedan car will follow the group from start till the end in case anyone cannot ride anymore or if anyone’s chain comes off and needs a technician. Everyone will be taken care of.

Ride SOPs: Before the ride begins, everyone will be checked if they are wearing a helmet and safety gear and we will do a small 2 minute presentation to inform the children of how to ride on the road, who to follow, when to stop and what not to do.

Trainer: A trainer will be provided who will give the children a basic balance and gear information at the start and during the ride if anyone has any issues.

Costs: Rs 600 is payable in advance for the provision of Bike, Helmet and Safety Gear. For only when the rider brings his/her own bike the Safety Gear rent will be Rs 100.

Registration Form: Every participant is required to fill in the Registration Form In advance for each event. This is mandatory to book the bicycle and gear in advance.

You will receive a confirmation call or message from us shortly after submitting this form.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Everyone must pay in advance through any of the payment options below otherwise the booking will not be confirmed, the bicycle and gear may not be made available for which the organizers cannot be held responsible.
2. If the payment has been made and the student does not show up, we will return half of the payment.
3. No refunds will be issued if the student shows up late.
4. Any damage to rental bicycles by the students will have to be compensated by him/her.
5. Rasputin Bikes will take every care for the safety but cannot be held responsible for any injury caused by riding rental bicycles.
6. If the event gets canceled for some reason beyond our control, such as rain or strikes. Refunds will be processed.
7. The name and photo associated with your Google account will be recorded when you upload files and submit this form. Any files that are uploaded will be shared outside of the organization they belong to.
